Enrolment

Soloists of all nationalities are admitted to the competition.

The application for the enrolment must be sent no later than 10th August 2010 to

together with a € 50 entry fee to be paid by postal order to:
FESTIVAL INTERNAZIONALE DELLA CHITARRA
The enrolment fee is not refundable.
There is no age limit for the participation.


Rounds:

Preliminary: Friday, 20 August 2010 - 9.30 hrs (Teatro Iris, Lagonegro)

Qua ROUND: Saturday, 21 August 2010 - 9.30 hrs

FINAL ROUND: Sunday, 22 August 2010 - 9.30 hrs

The preliminary round will be closed to the public, while the qualifying round and the final round will be opened

FINAL ROUND
One composition chosen among " The Andrés Segovia Archive" (Ed. Berben).

For the final round will be chosen no more than three candidates, although the jury has the right to choose an inferior number of candidates

The final round will be recorded. Any rights to the recording belongs exclusively to the organization of the competition who can use it in any form and manner


The Jury

The jury will consist of members appointed by “Associazione Amici della Musica del Lagonegrese”
The candidates must accept, without any appeal, all the decisions of the Jury. The acceptance of the conditions is recognized in the moment of presentation of the application for enrolment


Awards

- First award:
A contract for one concert which will take a place during the Festival of 2011, for a total payment of € 1.500

- Second award:
A contract for one concert which will take a place during the musical season of 2011, for a total payment of € 1.000

- Third award:
A contract for one concert which will take a place during the musical season of 2011, for a total payment of € 500

The jury has the right not to give any award
